Remember, practice makes perfect, so the more you do these moves, the stronger you will get as you refine your form and ramp-up your progress. How you feel now will be your benchmark for getting stronger. This week, be sure to track your reps and do your best as you build strength and blast away calories with each result-driven move. As you grow stronger, consider challenging yourself by minimizing rest periods, adding additional pre-workout cardio exercise and bumping up the weight on your hand weights. Week 3 will shrink the waistline, activate the abs & core, re-shape the lower body, and tone arms, chest, shoulders, legs, butt, abs, and back as you sculpt a strong & sexy physique. This week will deliver maximum results as it kicks into high gear with 8 workouts and only 2 rest days. You will need a set of light dumbbells, a Yoga mat, a towel and bottle of water to complete this series. Modify to adjust difficulty level by adding or removing weight and adjusting rest periods.
